It was in the year 2008 when the world was struggling with recession.

And we launched Empxtrack, an affordable and employee friendly HR platform.

Irony, isn’t it?

Honestly, at the initial point, we weren’t sure if we were on the right track or not, but our passion and self-belief kept us going.

After 6 months of struggle, we got our first client, and since then we haven’t looked back. 🙂

We kept on adding products and kept on growing multiple times.

And honestly, now when we think of our initial beginnings, we feel blessed to have not stopped initially.

Here’s a brief timeline about our progress over the years-

Year 2008

Empxtrack was born as a HR software company.

Year 2010

We got our first client in the US.

Year 2014

We crossed 100 clients across the globe.

Year 2017

We touched upon 3500,00+ employees globally.

Year 2020

Covid happened and we introduced Free products for SMBs

From being just a HR software company to differentiating us as a “Build your own HR software” company, we have seen many ups and downs during the entire journey.

But you know what, we kept on going with a focussed head and never gave up in between.

Today, our 1000+ clients know us for our amazing customer service (trust us it’s THE BEST), for our disruptive products (we are the only ones to have the BYOH concept so far) and for our affordable prices (well, money is secondary for us, client happiness is primary)

We have offices in the US as well as in India, and we take pride in calling ourselves the “Visionaries in the HR domain”.
