This help page demonstrates steps to configure interview and test to setup Interview and Test in the system.
To configure interview and test, you need to:
- Log in as an HR Administrator/HR Manager.
- Go to Settings >> Recruitment >> Recruitment configurations.The Settings > Recruitment settings > Applicant tracking configurations page appears with Request Creation tab selected
- Click Interview and Test tab to select the tab, as shown in Figure 1.
- Select Enable Interview to enable the Interview functionality and select Enable Tests to enable Tests functionality.
- Click Update Values to update the settings you have made. Your settings are successfully saved and a message suggesting the same appears.
