Employee Access to Appraisal Forms

Empxtrack allows an employee access to appraisal forms when the appraisal plan is initiated. An appraisal plan may contain multiple appraisal forms. This help page describes the functionality – Employee Access to Appraisal Forms.

There are many appraisal forms that exist in Empxtrack system. Some of them are the Introduction form, the goal sheet form, the competencies form, the self-appraisal form, the employee development form, the salary recommendation form, the annual cpm form, the promotion recommendations form, the relative grading form, the pen picture form, the final score form and more.
